Management Trainee [MT] Program is one of Nestlé’s flagship programs that focuses on hiring, development and nurturing of potential talent. Hired MTs’ development takes place throughout the first year of their hiring whereby they get exposed to a blend of classroom, experiential and relational learning. They also get a hands-on experience of various dimensions and functions of the business, so they could later add value to the position that they are assigned.

Eligibility for Nestle Pakistan Management Trainees Program 2017 :

Relevant Masters/ Bachelors Degree Engineering /Business (HR, Marketing, Sales & SUpply Chain) (graduating latest by Summer 2017 or in 2016).
Experience: 0-2 years/ Internships within chosen field of interest is preferred.
