(i) Name (ii) Father's Name (m) Educational Qualification (iv) Date of Birth (v) Copy of Domicile Certificate (vi) Copy of PRC (vii) Copy CNIC.

1. Those already in service should apply through proper channel.
2. The last date oi receipt of application is 30 Nov 2016 or within 15 days alter publication of the advertisement at the above address.
3. Female candidate will be given preference (only for Telephone Operators),
4. 5% quota for Women.
5. 2% quota for disable persons,
6. 5% quota tor minorities.
7. Rural / Urban quota shall be maintained.
8. Those selected will be governed by the terms and conditions framed for appointment.
9. No TA / DA will be admissible tor test / interview.
